Job Title : Project Manager / Scrum Master

Location : Hyderabad / Chennai, India 

Experience : 8+ years  Certifications : CSM or PMP preferred

Were Looking For:

• B. Sc./BE degree in Computer Science /Engineering /Project Management /PMI/PG Qualifications 
• 5+ Years of hands-on project delivery experience as a Scrum Master or PM 
• PMP Certified, Scrum Certified (CSM, CSPO) will be an added advantage. 
• Knowledge in PEGA Technology/Frameworks, Salesforce, Outsystems is an added advantage. 
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodology 
• Must have good experience of client management. 
• Excellent Communication Skill, result oriented, self-driven person with ownership. 
• Ready to Learn and accept challenges. Able to work in ambiguous situation. 
• Be a Team Player and play role of servant-leader for their team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project life cycle ownership by managing cost, quality, and scope to ensure the overall project is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. 
• Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight the customer. 
• Conduct standups during the offshore time to resolve any impediments impacting planned work. 
• Remove impediments and addressing common issues across different initiatives for smoother and timely execution. 
• Work with internal management to improve project related processes to capture accurate delivery metrics. 
• Analyse Production and Quality Control metrics. 
• Work with the offshore team to understand opportunities to Enhance Efficiency 
• Drive technical discussions with the offshore engineering team. 
• Ensuring project is compliant with Information Security Standards of ISO 27001 and Data Privacy Standards of ISO 27701. 
• Work towards the new opportunities from the client, have constant communication with client Project Management Teams to get to know their pulse. 
• Make sure Client Satisfaction and take required actions and work Proactively towards client satisfaction.
