Mid-Level Scrum Master/Project Manager hybrid role
5 years of experience in Project Management
Experience with agile/Jira
Responsible for breaking down work, managing backlog, coordinating dependencies, and completing projects according to provided requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Agile projects using Scrum framework, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
  
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication among team members.
  
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively by working closely with stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
