Job Description
- Guide sales team to adopt Digital platform across Business Instalment Loan, Loan Against Property, Term Working Capital

- Understand the nuances and requirements of Affluent, Small Medium Enterprise and Wealth management businesses within Wealth & Retail Banking India, solve for the Data Projects related to any of these businesses.

- Uphold the responsibilities of the Data & Analytics processes, including storage and usage of Personal data and sensitive data.
Risk Management
- Ensure data is handled and processed appropriately within the Group and Regulatory guidelines.
Governance
- Track measure and monitor quality and efficiency of delivery. Support the formalization of Data & Market Intelligence processes.

- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
