Profile- Vmware System Administrator

Location : Gurgaon/Noida

Experience- 5 Years to 12 Years

Package- Maximum 50 CTC

Working days- 6 days

Working shift- 24*7

Educational- graduate only

Role & responsibilities (Primary Skill- vmware administrator)

Wintel L2 (Windows & Virtualization)

Managing and installation of windows server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019

Minimum of 2+yrs of relevant experience in Windows server Management as a primary skill

Monitoring, administration, and first level troubleshooting of mixed environment (physical and virtual servers)

Install, configure and support Wintel based environment for client

Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group policy

Knowledge of patch management tool administration (WSUS, ME)

Hands-on experience in Compute any Enterprise class HP, DELL, IBM, CISCO rack and blade technology systems

Basic idea of networking concept

Knowledge of virtualization (VMWare)

Monitoring of services and performance of servers

Familiar/aware of ITIL process

Monitoring and knowledge on anti-virus like McAfee, Symantec and Trend Micro.

Knowledge of different backup technologies like Symantec, Commvault, Veeam,

Experience on Exchange and office 365

Job description

•         Managing and implementation of windows server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022
•         Complete management of VMWare
•         Knowledge of Storage mapping, LUN creation
•         Analyzing System logs / Memory Dumps / Cluster logs
•         Administration and troubleshooting of mixed environment (physical and virtual servers)
•         Install, Setup, configure and support Wintel based environment for client
•         Deep technical skills on Microsoft Core components are mandatory Ad, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group policy, Clustering,
•         Strong experience on patch management tool administration (Lan Desk, WSUS , SCCM)
•         Good hands on experience is must in Compute any Enterprise class HP, DELL, IBM, CISCO rack and blade technology systems
•         Monitoring of services and performance of servers
•         Familiar/aware of ITIL process
•         Hands on experience on anti-virus like Kaspersky, Trellix, McAfee, Symantec and Trend Micro.
•         Experience on different backup technologies like Veritas, Symantec, Commvault, Veeam, Cloud Backup.
