Role Overview :
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of IT support functions, including End-User Support, Data Center Support, and Network Support.
They lead a team of 8-10 engineers, ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency.
The role involves close coordination with stakeholders to deliver IT services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage crisis situations effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks across multiple teams and projects.
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and providing detailed metrics and reporting
- Be a point of escalation on technically complex issues, mentor other Support Engineers and provide them with detailed action plans.
- Follow-up effective and timely resolution on issues and report Incident Matrix to Managers.
- Experience in handling corporate customers
- ITIL V3 Certified
Required Qualification :
- Graduate in any Stream : Tech/B./MCA will be preferred
Experience Required :
- Hands on experience overseeing IT support functions, including End-User Support, Data Center Support, and Network Support.
- Proven experience in leading a team of 8-10 engineers, ensuring high service quality and adherence to SLAs.
- Experience in managing IT service delivery, project planning, and execution.
- Hands-on experience with incident and problem management, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in handling corporate customers and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions under pressure and manage crisis situations effectively.
- ITIL V3 certification is required.
Notice period : Immediate to 15 days max.
Job location : Ghansoli.
Mumbai.
