Progressive Infotech - Technical Service Manager - IT Infrastructure (12-15 yrs)

Here's what you'll be doing :

- Consult with clients to assess their IT infrastructure needs and design & deliver transformative managed service solutions.

- Drive business development for managed services, identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and ensure profitability.

- Be the visionary leader for our Technology Center of Excellence, a team of talented engineers with a blend of experience and youthful energy.

- Stay on top of cutting-edge managed services trends, including cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid solutions, AI/ML in IT ops, and more.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, service availability, and top-notch performance.

- Possess deep expertise in modern IT infrastructure, including data center (servers, storage, virtualization), operating systems (Windows, Linux), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, M365), networking (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi), security (endpoint, network, cybersecurity), and databases.

- Leverage your experience with ITSM/ITOM platforms (i.e., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) and NOC/AIOPS tools to streamline operations.

- Experience with SOC operations and security monitoring tools is a major plus.

- Has a strong understanding of ITIL and industry best practices.

- Experience with SOC operations and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving IT landscape.
