Program Manager - Agile Methodologies (13-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Provide expertise and leadership regarding Solutions Architecture in application development and enhancement.

- Propose and deliver technical design solutions and process improvements to clients for various projects and applications.

- Manage multiple projects and Scrum teams simultaneously.

- Oversee project processes, matrix tracking, report generation, and presentation to stakeholders.

- Responsible for escalation management, avoid conflicts, and foster healthy team dynamics.

- Manage operational excellence, focus on revenue and margin metrics, and also invoicing.

- Mitigate risks and manage issues, and ensure effective stakeholder management.

- Lead and manage projects using Agile methodology.

- Identify and develop future leaders within the team.

Experience : 13 - 15 Years

Location : Mumbai & Pune

Educational Qualifications : Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Skills :

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Define the business case for solutions. Assist in the design of solutions to help with prototyping and development and take solutions through to launch

- Demonstrate thought leadership in Cloud computing across multiple channels and become a trusted advisor to decision makers

- Leading design whiteboarding and developing solution architecture

- Experience in leading and managing projects in Agile methodology

- Excellent customer and escalation management skills

- Excellent process knowledge in managing and tracking the developments
