Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (BA) to facilitate requirement gathering, document processes, and bridge communication between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have experience with UML, BPMN, JIRA, and Confluence, along with proficiency in SQL for data analysis and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Create process flows and visual models using UML and BPMN.

Manage and track requirements using JIRA and Confluence.

Write SQL queries to analyze, validate, and interpret data for business insights.

Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Support project lifecycle activities, including testing and validation.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong experience in requirement gathering, UML, and BPMN.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.

2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position.
