Mern Full Stack Developer (C2H-6Months)

Overview:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and a passion for building scalable, responsive, and secure web applications. You will collaborate in an Agile environment, ensuring high-quality deliverables while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Design, implement, and optimize back-end services with Node.js and Express.js.

Manage data storage and queries using MongoDB, ensuring seamless backend integration.

Design and develop robust REST APIs for efficient system communication.

Ensure code quality through clean, maintainable, and well-documented practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and other developers, for seamless project delivery.

Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.

Implement security best practices for both the front-end and back-end, including authentication and authorization.

Use Git for version control, managing branches, pull requests, and facilitating code reviews.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in web development technologies.

Actively participate in Agile sprints, contributing to planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

Key Requirements

Proficient in JavaScript, with hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, HTML, and CSS.

Strong experience with MongoDB for data modeling, storage, and queries.

Proven ability to design and develop RESTful APIs.

Skilled in responsive web design and ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.

Familiar with tools and libraries such as Redux, Webpack, Babel, and Bootstrap.

Solid understanding of Git and experience in version control for collaborative projects.

Knowledge of authentication techniques like JWT and OAuth.

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai is a plus.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to write efficient and maintainable code.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a collaborative development approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
