We are looking to hire a strong Credit Manager for a leading FINTECH
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Credit appraisal/Underwriting of loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities
- To be well versed in multi-retail loan products and policies of working capital finance, supply chain finance and business loans, both secured and Unsecured.
- Evaluate and document the risks and mitigants while processing the proposal with adherence to quality and TAT
- Timely completion of open audit queries and be able to guide and train credit team, sales personnel and CPA's.
- Credit Appraisal of High-ticket size cases above 1 Crore
- Ability to Handle Multiple Products (BL, SCF, WCDL)
Qualifications:
- Education: CA/ MBAs preferred
- Experience: 4-8 years in credit management, with a focus on supply chain finance or SME lending.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
