Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Identify and target potential hotel and resort clients who can benefit from our SaaS revenue optimization solutions. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry, including general managers, revenue managers, and other senior executives. Understand their needs and challenges to position our products effectively.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of our solutions.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telesales, with a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels and resorts. Experience selling revenue optimization services and products is highly desirable.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hotel and resort operations, revenue management strategies, and the challenges faced by hospitality businesses.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Self-Motivated: Results-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.
