2. Store Operations & Standards

• Ensure all stores adhere to company standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Oversee inventory management to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Implement store policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

3. Team Management & Development

• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set targets, and provide constructive feedback.
• Address any employee issues and ensure a positive work environment in line with company culture.

4. Customer Experience

• Monitor and improve customer service standards across all stores.
• Address escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Prepare and manage budgets for each store within the area.
