Head - Supply Chain Management - Manufacturing (18-25 yrs)

Main Accountabilities Reporting Function:

1. Implementation and execution of India and Bangladesh SCM strategy as well as achievement of defined targets for KPI's in consideration of overall SCM strategy and India/Bangladesh needs.

2. Realisation of cost savings based on business plan and establishment of a continuous improvement culture within the area of responsibility.

3. Development and execution of efficient manufacturing and logistic processes to reach quality, delivery and performance targets.

4. Compliance of HSE standards and guidelines within the area of responsibility in consideration of legal and corporate guidelines.

5. Efficient regional inventory/assortment management as well as reduction of damages and downtimes within the area of responsibility.

6. Optimization of production related Capex and implement corresponding projects in terms of timing, costs and performance.

7. India and Bangladesh procurement in consideration of overall SCM guidelines as well as cooperation with global purchasing as required.

8. Optimization of an efficient order consolidation process in agreement with BU as well as ensure allocation to production resources.

9. Define and monitor India and Bangladesh SCM strategy, business plans and targets for KPI's (e.g. cost, efficiency, lead times, inventory, quality, etc.) in consideration of overall SCM and India/Bangladesh strategy.

10. Integrate, build up and develop the regional SCM organization in multicultural environment. Define and control budgets in the area of responsibility.

11. Analyze business results and develop/implement improvement concepts and corrective actions in case of deviations.

12. Define service level agreements/rules for operations in cooperation with BUs . Negotiate and deal with customers, suppliers and third parties in the area of responsibility.

13. Development of strategies and objectives for Regional SCM and India/Bangladesh.

- 18-20 years comprehensive experiences in logistic, supply chain management, production, HSE International experience
