Personal Security Officer (PSO)

We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, military, or law enforcement, along with excellent observational skills and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent unauthorized access, suspicious activities, or security breaches.
• Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security threats with a calm and professional approach.
• Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents and prepare detailed, accurate reports.
• Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and stakeholders while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Perform regular inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions or required maintenance.
• Safely operate company or assigned vehicles for patrolling, emergency response, or transport of personnel as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional situational awareness with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies or high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in operating surveillance systems, security software, and communication tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating reports and interacting with individuals professionally.
• Physical fitness to handle patrolling, prolonged standing, and rapid response to incidents.
• Excellent driving skills, with the ability to operate vehicles safely under various conditions.
