Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:


- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent.


- The AVP will develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals, manage a team of recruiters, and oversee the entire recruitment process.


- This role requires strong leadership, a focus on diversity and inclusion, and the ability to build a strong employer brand.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and forecasting talent needs.

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.

- Enhance employer branding to attract high-quality talent.

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and an excellent candidate experience.

- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.

- Utilize data-driven insights to adjust hiring strategies.

- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.

- Collaborate with HR for a seamless onboarding process.

- Report on recruitment performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.

- Experience in BPO Hiring (Volume Hiring).

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Expertise in diversity and inclusion practices.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
