Jr. UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to help us deliver outstanding digital products. As a key member of ourdesign team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create user-centric designs that meet the needs of our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms, ensuring an intuitive and cohesive user experience

● Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iteratively improve the user experience

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to understand user needs and translate them into compelling UI/UX designs

● Maintain consistency in design and branding across all platforms and digital products

● Assist in refining and improving user flows, information architecture, and interaction design

● Assist in developing interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts

● Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs ● Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 0-3 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships, freelance work, or academic projects will be considered)

● Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

● A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects (academic, freelance, or personal projects are welcome)

● Understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout design

● Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing processes

● Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices

● A passion for creating user-centered designs and a keen eye for detail

● Strong attention to detail and the ability to create user-centered designs

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
