Product Owner / Product Manager

The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our product roadmap. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, the Product Owner will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, enhancements, and improvements to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Role & responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Requirement Gathering: Elicit, document, and prioritize product requirements through user stories, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience standards
• Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, market trends, and technical feasibility.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful execution of the product roadmap.
• Release Planning: Define release plans and timelines, coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features, and manage expectations with stakeholders.
• User Feedback and Validation: Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate on product features to continuously improve user satisfaction and product performance.
• Product Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and other relevant materials to support internal teams and customers.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and enhance product offerings

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience 2-3 as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in agile teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar software.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed product decisions
