Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and implement SAP applications and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules and the technical prowess to support and enhance SAP functionalities. You will collaborate with the technical team, product team and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities):
• Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Debug and resolve SAP-related issues and optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP processes and enhancements.
• Perform unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues. • Participate in SAP upgrade projects and system enhancements.
Who You Are (Education and Qualification Requirements):
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including reports, module pools, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EHS module.
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA.
• Familiarity with web services, OData, and SAP Fiori/UI5.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Scrum methodologies is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of SAP Basis and security concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager.
