Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in wireframing, prototyping, user research, responsive design, and a strong understanding of user behavior. You will work closely with product and development teams to create seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to showcase user flows and design concepts.
• User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights for design improvements.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs are mobile-friendly and responsive across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement user-centered design solutions.
• Iterative Design: Continuously refine and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and web/mobile UI standards.
• Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with HTML/CSS (optional but a plus).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
• Experience working on both web and mobile platforms
