Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Job Description for Federal Domain: (2-4 Years of Experience)

  • He is responsible for bringing in new clients in Aerospace & Defence Segment.ie. DRDO Labs & Space ISRO and PSUs HAL, NAL, BHEL, BEL.
  • Forecasting, Prospecting, Discovering & Order Closing is the prime responsibility.
  • He should have complete knowledge of the Domain / Segment purchase process.
  • He should actively look for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Obtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline.
  • Management of customer relationships
  • Developing new Accounts & Managing with regular visits to customers.
  • Reporting and operations through Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in selling IT Hardware, Software & Engineering Software in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics is preferred.
  • Familiarity in managing large Accounts preferred.
  • Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building.
  • Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics.Role & responsibilities


Preferred candidate profile

  • Ability to make executive contacts
  • Exceptional interpersonal, critical thinking and oral/written communication skills
  • 4 years of industry experience relevant to the job description
  • A demonstrable record of selling products (preferably software) to clients
  • Well organized and diligent Time Management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Office XLS and PPT
  • The ability to understand quickly and communicate clearly about CAD/CAE/PLM/MES solutions to complex business problems
  • High energy and a self-starter attitude with a predisposition to discovering new methods of achieving target goals
  • A familiarity with product design, product development, and manufacturing is desired, particularly as related to technology solutions that cross functional areas
