5-7 years of experience in infrastructure management,
Experience in managing production
Basic knowledge on scripting and automation
Identify Service Improvement Area and Implement in Production infrastructure
Should possess work experience on migration/upgradation ESM Projects
Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-2 team
Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis
Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders
Good knowledge on ITIL process
Ability to work effectively in diverse; virtual and multi-cultural environments
Should have carried out formal knowledge management initiatives to upskill the team
Experience in Project Transition and transformation
Good knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery practices
Flexible to work on 24/7 shifts
