Associate Production Engineer

New Energy - Green Hydrogen Production
Job Profile
a) Key Objectives
Timely completion of assembly and performance testing of product equipment
Ensure in-process and final Quality Control (QC) of components manufacturing, assembly testing of products
Ensure highest quality and safety at workplace
Prepare production and quality control reports
Ensure quality audit, HSE and statutory compliances as per latest guidelines from authorities
b) Major Deliverables
Ensure to get desired quality product from pilot plant and support testing activities
Prepare QAP, QC and process sequence documents for new component development
Ensure seamless production by maintaining RM, bought out and consumable inventory and preventive maintenance
Ensure compliance for ISO or similar quality audits
Process Improvement through Idea generation and adopting new advanced technology for production processes
Work closely with CFT to quick turn around on development activities
Monitor all processes that affect quality and drive improvement actions

a) Essential Attributes
Thorough knowledge and experience of working in new product
development
Preferably electrolyser manufacturing, OM
development
Preferably electrolyser manufacturing, OM
Understanding on manufacturing processes, fabrication as well as machining, assembly and testing
Knowledge of doing quality check for fabrication, machining, assembly and testing processes
Good Knowledge of NDT, Welding requirements and Heat Treatment processes
Familiar working with various third-party inspection agencies
Hands on lean manufacturing, control plans, cycle time reduction, work instructions
Experience in PFMEA, 5S, RCA and trouble shooting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel ERP- Oracle system
Must be self driven

5-8 years
c) Minimum Years of Experience in relevant role
Min 5 years
d) Qualifications
BE/B-Tech Mechanical
e) Desired type of Experience
Following skills are preferred but not mandatory:
Experience in Green Hydrogen / Refineries / Oil Gas EPC organisation is preferred
Experience as Production engineer in critical component manufacturing industry
Experience of QC system in the manufacturing industry
Conversant to quality systems like ISO or similar certifications
Hands on lean manufacturing, control plans, cycle time reduction, work instructions
