Product Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to telematics products.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner using problem-solving skills and knowledge of product features.
  
• Conduct after-sales service activities such as diagnosing faulty devices, repairing or replacing components as needed.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of recurring issues (RCA) and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  
• Utilize Zendesk software for ticketing system management and tracking customer interactions

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-6 years experience in product support engineering or related field
• Diploma/ B.Tech /B.E degree in any Specialization
• Strong understanding of BMS testing, RCA techniques, technical and troubleshooting principles, and Zendesk software proficiency.
