Job Description
- Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy for the Product.
- Understanding customer needs and consumer behavior through research, customer feedback analysis, click stream analysis, and direct interactions with customers.
- Analysing product metrics regularly and using the learning for product innovations and improvements.
- Innovating and delivering products that differentiate us from the competition.
- Conducting regular competition analysis and recommending a plan of action; should master the details of the competitive landscape.
- Working closely with Engineering, Research, Quality Assurance, Design, Finance, Legal, Customer support, and Marketing teams to create synergies leading to a high-quality product.
- Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
- Creating product specification documents and conducting product specification reviews with key stakeholders and relevant teams.
- Review product analytics to derive behavioral insights for adoption, growth, and user engagement.
- 2+ years of work experience in product management.
- Core product management experience is nice to have, but in either case, you need to think hard about the question Why do you want to be a product manager
- Ability to pull data using basic SQL queries and ask the right questions of data.
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to deliver products and metrics.
- You will mostly be on your own.
- A strong execution mentality.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
