Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Product Manager for KYC and Onboarding will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and onboarding solutions. This role involves enhancing customer experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and implement innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the vision for KYC and Onboarding products, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.

- Roadmap Development: Create and manage the roadmap for KYC and Onboarding products, prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and business value.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering) and external customers to gather feedback, identify requirements, and prioritize features.

- User Experience: Partner with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, process efficient, compliant, and user-friendly onboarding, ensuring seamless navigation and data interpretation.

- Data Quality & Integrity: Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security across all products.

- Data Modeling & Metrics: Define key metrics and data models to measure product performance, user engagement, and operational efficiency.

- Analytics & Insights: Analyze user interaction with dashboards and data tools, gathering insights to improve the user experience and drive adoption.

- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and ongoing maintenance.

- Documentation & Training: Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials to support internal and external users in understanding and using the dashboards effectively.

- Innovation: Identify opportunities using AI to increase the onboarding efficiency and new segment to invest.

Relevant work experience:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in product management, particularly in financial services or compliance-related roles.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Skills:

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

- Familiarity with KYC regulations and best practices in onboarding processes.

- Experience with product development lifecycle, from ideation through implementation.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting KYC processes and ensure all practices are compliant with relevant laws.

- Conduct regular audits of KYC files and processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to KYC processes and onboarding timelines.

- Prepare reports on KYC performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

- Work closely with compliance, risk management, and operational teams to ensure alignment on KYC requirements.

- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences.

- Oversee the end-to-end KYC process for new client onboarding, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

- Implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency in KYC reviews and documentation.

- Define the long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap for KYC and onboarding processes.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, aligning product features accordingly.

Years of experience:

- Has 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
