Job Description
- Product Strategy and Vision : Develop and refine the products vision and strategy. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and assess competitive offerings.
- Roadmap Planning : Build and prioritize the product roadmap based on business goals, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Feature Development : Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements, scope, and features, and oversee the development cycle.
- Customer Engagement : Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and product feedback channels to gather insights and incorporate them into product development.
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring product messaging aligns with target customer segments.
- Performance Monitoring Optimization : Track product performance against defined metrics. Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with teams to optimize the product for better user engagement and profitability.
- Stakeholder Communication : Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to key stakeholders, including executive leadership. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualification Experience
- Education : Bachelor s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. An MBA or similar degree is a plus.
- Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within [industry specific to your company, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, FinTech, etc.].
- Proven track record of successfully launching products from ideation to go-to-market.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused : A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to advocate for customer-centric solutions.
- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.
- Innovative Mindset : Forward-thinking and creative, with a passion for staying ahead of market trends and technological advancements.
