Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• In this position, you will play the pivotal role of defining product

requirements and strategy for several feature offerings.

• Crucial role for applications integration platform
• Work with our engineering and operational stakeholders to create roadmap

features and spearhead the definition of new capabilities with expertly

crafted business requirements.

• Self-motivated individual responsible for scope, development and

engineering efforts for our Saas offering.

• Conduct and evaluate market research, gather feedback from customers,

sales teams, and marketing to craft market strategies and define relevant

product feature sets, user stories, and outcomes for customers.

• Customer-centric mindset.
• Unique talent to analyze complex product technical solutions.
• Lead planning meetings with engineering teams and provide leadership on

direction of product developments.

• Communicate vision and goals of new products to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Application and Platform teams and communicate

product strategy and functionality to them.

• Define, implement, and analyze success metrics.
• Work as the driving force for the design, development, and marketing of

product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.

• Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review

design specifications.

• Ensure successful product releases.
• Fully competent in own area of expertise.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information

Technology, Business, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.

• Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in IAM,

cybersecurity, or SaaS.

• Proven track record of delivering complex, security-focused solutions

at scale.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML,

OpenID Connect), and technologies.

• Experience with IAM tools like Okta, Azure AD, ForgeRock, Ping

Identity, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
