Job Title: Business Product Manager - Digital Insurance

Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of D2C retail insurance distribution platform for motor, health and life insurance as well as innovative insurance products that align with Angel Ones vision and target audience needs.
• Utilize data-driven insights and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement in the insurance domain.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver seamless product launches and updates.
• Own product performance metrics, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and ensure Angel Ones insurance offerings remain competitive.
• Design and execute experiments, including A/B testing, to validate hypotheses and refine product features.
• Build and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.

Who you are:

• A professional with 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or consumer-facing industries.
• Familiarity with the insurance sector is a strong plus, but not mandatory. A willingness to quickly learn and adapt to insurance-related nuances is essential.
• A strategic thinker with a user-first mindset and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in tools like JIRA, SQL, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or Mixpanel), and experienced in working with data to drive decisions.
• Skilled at collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively share ideas and align stakeholders.
