- Provide customer feedback to our product management teams
- Proactively educate customers on beneficial software features
- A bachelor s degree
- An interest in the investment industry
- Excellent written, verbal (in English) and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (24*5)
- Flexibility and patience
- Previous experience in a customer service position

The overall company is great with policies and benefits
- Company culture - Excellent
The team with product consulting mixes 3 jobs into one role and is severely overworked with no proper sick leaves and sick leaves being considered as unplanned which affect your KPIs if more than 3 in a month. That's just terrible. Work hours and conditions are terrible. Other teams in the company have much better working conditions
