Kronos Functional Consultant - Workforce Management Solutions (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analysis to understand client requirements and identify appropriate Kronos solutions.

- Design, configure, and test Kronos Workforce Management solutions, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor forecasting, absence management, and payroll interfaces.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users on Kronos functionalities and best practices.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, resolving complex issues and ensuring system stability.

- Assist with data migration and integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between Kronos and other systems.

- Prepare and deliver project documentation, including system design documents, training materials, and user guides.

- Stay current on the latest Kronos product releases, features, and best practices.

- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance client efficiency and productivity.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.

Qualifications :

- 2-5 years of experience as a Kronos Functional Consultant or in a similar role.

- Proven expertise in implementing and supporting Kronos Workforce Management solutions, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, and Payroll interfaces.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
