Job Description:

This position will be a force multiplier to the Corporate Finance team and will work with the top management team on everything ranging from strategy to financial analysis.

The role, by default, comes embedded with a lot of fast-tracked growth and is stepping stone towards the aspiration of a leadership role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Leading financial analysis of new as well as existing project investment decisions, including rigorous commercial and risk-return analysis

- Leading shareholder relationships and reporting

- Leading various corporate finance activities including valuation exercises, capital raises, capital allocation

- Supporting growth efforts for the organization including business development support and M&As

- Supporting capital raise for the growth of the platform

- Install regular review mechanisms, drive periodic review meetings, and publish progress reports for the leadership team.

- Working with different stakeholders on creating Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and key goals.

- Budgeting: observe monthly cost heads, check the input prices with respect to customer adjustments, analyse cost heads with respect to the peers, actual v/s budget comparatives analysis.

Requirement:

- MBA from a good institute with 6-8 years of experience in a strategy consulting role, preferable from Renewable energy.

- Experience in financial analysis and financial modelling with proficiency in building new models as well as auditing existing models

- Good presentation and analytical skills

- Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity

- Strong multitasking, coordination, and organizational execution skills

- Comfortable doing the occasional grunt work and quickly pick up the work usually meant for a highly specialized role.
