Senior Analyst - Sales Operations

We are seeking a person ideally with 3 -6 years of post-MBA experience with excellent communication and analytical skills. The personnel will look after day-to-day corporate operations and strategic initiatives.

Ideally someone who is willing to relocate or based out of Chennai (Headquarter). We follow a hybrid model.

Responsibility includes

a) Develop working relationships and manage projects with a variety of global stakeholders (corporate, sales, delivery, finance leadership)

b) Responsible for all aspects of the financial, pipeline, and sales reporting leveraging Salesforce CRM and other MIS systems

c) Design, implement, and evolve the operational systems, processes, and policies to support the creation of accurate dashboards, reporting metrics, trends analysis, and timely deliverables

d) Develop and promote key metrics and reporting to measure and publish results over time

e) Track top opportunities, investments, and prepare for and participate in pipeline review calls and other forums

f) Identify and resolve issues/conflicts across the operational organization

g) Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop both strategic recommendations and operational overview for the C-suite, board, and investors using advanced storyboarding, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills

h) Demonstrate and apply solid knowledge of management frameworks and bring great project management skills into the workplace

i) Help design and operationalize sales benefits & incentives

Requirements:

a) Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

b) Good communication skills including logical structuring and storytelling using Advance Excel dashboards and PowerPoint

c) Basic knowledge of corporate finance

h) Highly developed personal and professional ethics

Good to have experience and skills (not mandatory)

a) Basic Salesforce administration and reporting

b) Advanced Excel skills or BI data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI

c) Finance/quantitative background

d) S&O consulting experience
