I am hiring for Power Bi Developer for Chennai locations, preferably looking for immediate joiners only. 5 days work from office.

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Connect to various data sources and transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Implement security and access controls within Power BI.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and datasets.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices.

Preferred:

• Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Report & Dashboard Development)
• SQL (Query writing, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning)
• Experience in ETL processes and working with data warehouses.
• Hands-on with Power BI Service and publishing reports.
• Data visualization and storytelling skills to present insights effectively.
• Azure Data Services (Optional but preferred): Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, etc.
• Experience in integrating Power BI with other applications (e.g., Python, R, Excel, etc.).

Preference:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Microsoft Power BI Certification (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
