Job Description
- Working & documentation knowledge with hands on experience of EDPMS and IDPMS IRM and ORM with bank and DGFT
- working knowledge of CAD and letter of credit , documentation with bank , payment discount, intermediatory bank liaisoning
- Working knowledge of EBRC with bank and DGFT-uploading, generation, queries, short BRC RECO with DGFT and regularization
- Able to communicate with bank and inter department for inwards and outward proceeds, adjustments, inwards as per hedged rates as per FEMA guidelines, basic RBI master directions
- Foreign currency bill liquidation/settlement with bank, refund of payment,
- Knowledge of export and import documents, bill of entry understanding
- GR waiver opening and closing, write-off , reduction of export bill regularization
- Able to co-ordinate with bank for tracking of swift payment
- basic working knowledge of tally
- Maintaining mis of IRM/shipment bill closure and EBRC EDPMS and IDPMS
- Reconciliation as per bank report
- IDPMS ORM and sample, commercial closing
- import bill of entry tracking and closing in IDPMS and ECCS , import B.O.E amendment process
