Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  
• Design and administer benefit programs that promote employee well-being, retention, and productivity.
  
• Manage statutory compliance for all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary administration, bonus plans, leave policies, etc.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop HR budgets that support organizational goals while managing costs effectively.
  
• Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to inform compensation decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related field (C&B).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably specialization in Finance or HR/Industrial Relations).
  
• Strong understanding of Compensation Management, Compensation Benchmarking, Statutory Compliance, HR Budgeting.
• No Cab, General time, 5 Days work from office.
