Role & responsibilities

• Achieve savings in VAP by effective negotiations during launch of New formulation and new packaging.
• Support IBP process in New Business.
• Improving Order Execution Timing
• Montoring daily stock levels of all RM/ PM/ FG
• Monitoring sales projections as per DR/ MBR figures and tallying stock levels
• Coordination with sales for logistics operation
• Ensure availaibility of Pos for different plants/ locations
• Identify existing 3P manufacturers
• Evaluate available facility
• Check whether the 3P shortlisted is financially stable
• Contract preparation and agreement signing
• Review the cost provided by Finance
• Prepare variances respect to budget
• Identify and implement process improvement actions to get correct costing\
• Exploring logistics partners for MBM
• Agreement for MBM on FOR basis
• Supplier engagement to bring them in our system & work culture
• Monitoring of MBM material cost
• Vendor Reconcilliation
• MIS
