Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive to manage the company s supply of products and

services. Senior Executive s responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and

suppliers. His duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, sourcing new products,

vendor development, market research, so that the company can invest in growth and people. This role

will primarily support all transactional activities and manage the overall purchase process -Procure to Pay

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase IT products & services from both local and overseas vendors.
Evaluate vendor s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
Examine and test existing contracts.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Advise internal and external stakeholders on issues regarding purchasing terms & conditions.
In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
Performance review for vendors

Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements.

What you ll do as the (Senior Executive - Procurement & Sourcing):

Should have 8+ years of relevant experience in IT industry in Procurement & Sourcing
Proven working experience as per the desired profile.
Should possess knowledge of the industry and market conditions of IT and networking products.
Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access, Visio)
Should have Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills with suppliers and vendors.
Should have excellent Business Communication skills.
Should be confident, creative, proactive in taking initiatives and achieving them.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned requirements.
Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and team player
Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.
