We are hiring for Lead Finance in Chennai Location.

Prochant India is looking for a dynamic Lead Analyst / Assistant Manager - Finance to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in finance, accounting, and compliance, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support business growth.
• Ensure financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and statutory requirements.
• Implement and monitor risk management and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Collaborate with global finance leadership and key stakeholders.
• Manage India Finance Operations independently, including Accounting, Reporting, AR, AP, and Cost Control.

Candidate Requirements:

• MBA in Finance / CA / CWA (Fully or Semi-qualified).
• 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and India-related compliances (TDS, Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Zoho, QuickBooks, and Advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
