Process Manager in Retail Collections

Job Description Collection Manager with Good Communication Skills:

• Candidate should have Excellent Communication Skills which will help in internal and external customer handling
• Should be capable to have fluent communication with all for smooth work execution
• Developing a strategy and executing a plan to deliver process performance, improvement related to Quality, Delivery and costs involved
• Define, propose and implement objectives and best practices
• Follow up, regular reviews and improve work methods and procedures focusing business outcomes
• Share KRAs within the team on persistent improvement target setting and execution
• Partnering with Senior Leaders to identify key opportunities for process improvements connected to business portfolios
• Should have potential of handling Customer Escalations, should be able to work on end-to-end smooth closures

Qualification Required:

• Should be a Graduate (preferably from Banking/Commerce Degree)
• Should have Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Should have Customer Escalation Management experience
