Job Description

We are searching for an accomplished Collection Executive to boost our collections by reaching out to current and possible clients. Collection Executives are responsible for managing and collecting all the outstanding dues receivable from customers. In addition, they are responsible for resolving customer billing disputes if any, and collection of balance outstanding dues.

Primary responsibilities

Collecting outstanding dues by visiting the customer place.

Organizing list according to severity of delinquency.

Locating customers using information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases.

Recording new commitment to repay debtf.

Initiate repossession proceedings or hand over account to law practice that specializes in debt collection.
