CRM Developer - MS Dynamics/Sharepoint (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

MS Dynamics CRM Development :

- Customize, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

- Develop plugins, workflows, and custom business logic using C# and .NET.

- Optimize and maintain CRM systems for performance and scalability.

Power Apps Development :

- Build and maintain canvas and model-driven Power Apps.

- Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow).

- Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other external systems.

Design Support with Canva :

- Create visually appealing assets for dashboards, reports, and presentations using Canva.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experiences.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM and Power Apps-related issues.Key Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise and online versions).

- Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate.

- Strong knowledge of programming languages like C#, JavaScript, and .NET Framework.

- Experience in integrating APIs and third-party applications.

Design Expertise : Familiarity with Canva for creating professional designs and visuals.

Other Skills :

- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setup.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics CRM certifications.
