Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office 365 Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing Office 365 environments, including user identity management, security configurations, and license administration. The candidate must be adept at handling international clients and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage user identities (ID creation for new joiners and deletion for offboarding employees).
Enable and disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as per company policy.
Set up and manage SharePoint sites and shared mailboxes.
Assign and manage licenses for Office 365 users.
Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing tool for incident and request management.
Ensure seamless integration of Office 365 services and troubleshoot any issues related to user access or configurations.
Collaborate with internal teams and international clients to resolve technical concerns.

Qualifications:
Diploma (ECE) / B. Tech / BE / BCA / MCA / B. Sc / M. Tech / ME.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Office 365 administration.
Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing tool.
Strong understanding of user identity management, MFA, SharePoint, and license assignments.
Experience handling international clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
