Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development, customization, and implementation of CRM platforms like Salesforce, Oracle CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Drive the CRM roadmap to meet evolving business needs and align with organizational goals.
- Oversee technical and functional requirements, including architecture design and process optimization.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for CRM, web, and mobile application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of features, with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM functionalities with business processes.
- Act as a liaison between product, development teams, and leadership to communicate technical requirements and project milestones effectively.
- Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Engage and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality outcomes.
- Spearhead the adoption of advanced tools and technologies, including Outsystems and AI integration.
- Optimize resource productivity and manage platform integrations seamlessly.
Qualifications and Skills :
Education :
- Postgraduate Diploma in CRM (PGDCRM)
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
Technical Skills :
- Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sage CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud
- Programming Languages : C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL
- Outsystems, Azure, SSRS, VB.NET
- Database Management : MS-SQL Server, Oracle DB
Experience :
- Delivered numerous enterprise-level CRM and web-based solutions for industries such as insurance, finance, and construction.
- Managed CRM activities, including customization, data migration, and incident management, for global teams.
Certifications : Certified in Outsystems, Azure, Open AI
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams
Preferred Experience :
- Building AI-enabled CRM solutions
- Working in Agile and cross-functional teams
