About the Role :

We're seeking an Enterprise Integration Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Sentinel EMS implementation. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting existing issues, guiding new operating companies on system utilization for subscription product management, and ensuring seamless connections between Sentinel EMS and other critical systems like ERPs and Aria Systems via Boomi.

Responsibilities :

- Own our Sentinel EMS implementation, inside and out.

- Diagnose and resolve any challenges that arise. Champion the integration process.

- Design solutions, propose alternatives, and document the pros and cons to support informed architectural decisions.

- Dive deep into API endpoints and data requirements to craft effective integration solutions.

- Meticulously prepare functional and design documents to pave the way for smooth integration development.

- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and formulate performance optimization strategies.

- Select the most suitable integration patterns and document optimal protocols and interfaces to meet SLAs.

- Actively participate in client meetings, gather essential clarifications, and meticulously document key technical decisions.

Technical Skills Must-Have Skills (Expert Level) :

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with the Enterprise Architect to translate the enterprise vision into reality.

- A keen eye for staying abreast of the latest Sentinel EMS developments and features.

Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience working with Sentinel EMS is a non-negotiable.

- A demonstrable track record of crafting technical design documentation is essential.

- Prior experience with middleware systems like Dell Boomi is a plus.

- Experience using a ticketing system like JIRA is a valuable asset.

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are a must.
