• Develop and optimize processes for Chemical/ (API) manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop new chemical processes
• Conduct literature research, experiment design, and process validation to achieve scalable production.
• Maintain documentation of R&D activities, process improvements, and experimental results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to implement innovative methodologies.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Recording financial transactions, including sales, purchases, income, and expenses
• Ensuring all financial records are complete and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensuring the financial statements are accurate and adhere to accounting standards.
• Managing accounts payable, including processing invoices and making payments.
• Managing accounts receivable, including generating invoices and collecting payments.
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
