Key Responsibilities:

• It is an individual contributor and hard target-oriented role
• Number and value of transactions done is the measured benchmark
• Our clients are the plot owners who are looking to design and construct their home. Sales cycles are long (3 to 12 months) and require a consultative sales approach
• Transaction size ranges between Rs. 1.5 Cr to Rs. 5 Cr.
• Involves local travel for client meetings, at times, on weekends also.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech(Civil) or B.Arch or Diploma in Arch or Civil + MBA

- Work experience of 3 to 8 years

- Excellent oral & written English communication

- Strong sales background
