Pristyn Care - Corporate Development Manager (4-8 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement capital raising strategies to support the financial growth objectives of the firm.

- Prepare compelling pitch decks, investment proposals, and financial models to present to potential investors.

- Negotiate terms, agreements, and investment structures to secure necessary funding for the firm.

- Monitor market trends, funding opportunities, and competitor activities to optimize capital raising initiatives.

- Collaborate with senior management to align capital raising efforts with overall corporate goals and financial targets.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial industry standards throughout the capital raising process.

- Provides high level financial analysis, financial modeling, business and industry research, and due diligence support.

- Support management Team decision making through testing of hypothesis through research and data analysis.

- Analyze various financial data and create detailed reports to inform business strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accountancy and MBA/CA mandatory

- 4+ years of relevant experience in investor relationship, preferably with experience from Big 4 or top-tier consultancy.

- Proven track record of successfully raising capital would get added advantage

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to assess investment opportunities and financial viability.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate business strategies and investment propositions effectively.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Knowledge of financial markets, funding mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks applicable to capital raising activities.

- Demonstrated negotiation skills and proficiency in structuring investment deals and agreements.

- Experience in managing due diligence processes, deal execution, and post-closure activities.
