Job Summary

• The Benefits Associate intern performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of Vensure's client benefits function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the benefit plans as per client requests.
• Accurately record completed tasks in the designated tracker.
• Provide support in executing tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
• Ensure consistent delivery timelines.
• Offer timely updates on the case statuses.
• Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Shift)

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduates/Graduates from any discipline.
• Freshers with a passion for growth and learning.
• Excellent Communication skills in the English language.

• Microsoft Office
• Interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn

Internship Duration

• 5 months (February 2025 to July 2025).

Training

• Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training for 2 weeks on the specific functions essential for this role.
• Refresher training sessions will be provided as required.
• Decent communication skills in the English language.
