The Lead Generation Executive for an E-commerce Platform is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive new business opportunities.
This role involves researching and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and generating interest in the e-commerce platform's offerings. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and has a strong understanding of the ecommerce industry Type.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Identification:
Conduct detailed research to identify potential leads in the e-commerce industry, including online retailers, brands, and merchants.
Use various tools, databases, and social media platforms to gather contact information and relevant details about potential clients.
Maintain a well-organized database of leads, ensuring all information is accurate and regularly updated.
Outbound Prospecting:
Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods.
Utilize a consultative approach to engage prospects, understand their e-commerce needs, and introduce them to the platforms features and benefits.

Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, preferably within the e-commerce or

SAAS platform.

Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales prospecting tools.

Hands-on approach with good communication skills. _

Qualifications & Skills:
Basic understanding of e-commerce industry, including online retail
trends, platforms, and customer behaviors.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
engage and influence potential clients.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-quality leads
and understand market dynamics.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently with
minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and online
research tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and
email campaigns.
Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and related
technologies.
Basic knowledge of sales methodologies & practices.
