Role - Enterprise Account Manager
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage customer relations in existing accounts and farm these to generate new business for Mandaala (the Enterprise
division).
This typically involves account management, mapping stakeholders, reaching out to new prospects within the account; pitching our products and solutions and
converting them. These accounts will be companies in top 1000 in India
The role entails engaging with (VP and above) stakeholders in HR, Admin and Marketing departments of these companies.

Location- Mumbai
Qualifications & Experience -
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Technology, Marketing or a related field
Min 5 years of sales experience with minimum 2 years of accpunt management experience to stakeholders in large enterprises (Top 1000 companies of
India).
Proven track record in sales and key account management, especially handling high-value accounts or enterprise-level clients.
Exposure to working in HRTech, B2B SaaS or gifting / printing company is a plus.

Key Responsibilities -
Manage the existing customer relationships in existing accounts.
Strategic planning and sales forecasting for all accounts and tracking metrics of wallet share, key spends etc
Reach out to new stake holders in the accounts using multiple techniques like referrals, email / call reachouts. Pitch Printstop's products and solutions to these
stake holders.
Own the revenue targets for various accounts and perform sales activities to achieve those targets.
5. Use the company proprietary tools for account management and ensure data is accurately updated in the CRM
Deepen customer relations by adopting multiple customer relationship management techniques and ensure target of customer relationship health is
achieved
Ensure activities of referrals, testimonials, case studies, customer account reviews are all executed as per company processes.
Follow all other sales processes and participate in ongoing sales and product
trainings
